As a seasoned traveler and health coach who focuses on real results, I've experienced the profound benefits and beauty of these modalities firsthand. Now I host retreats around the world, sharing what I’ve learned along my own health journey, and helping others rediscover their own body’s wisdom.

I recently just went on her yoga retreat to Montenegro and it was one of the most magical experiences I’ve had. Everything was planned and organized to a T, between yoga classes in the morning and evening to excursions she had thoughtfully planned and curated for us.   • I recently experienced a five night yoga and wellness retreat in the country of Montenegro that was organized and by Tia and the lovely Francesca. Truth no 1 - it is totally out of my comfort zone to travel to a foreign country with a group of women I barely know. I should not have worried and never will again thanks to Tia’s amazing research, planning and organizing. Truth no. 2 - I was positively changed for the better because of this trip and you will be too should you get to experience a workshop or retreat with Tia. Yes, the weather, activities and location were perfect (lucky grasshoppers)but it was Tia’s teaching and instinct for group dynamics that made the experience special. I know that I am writing sweeping generalizations; but I came away with a feeling of physical and mental well-being, and gratitude that I haven’t experienced with any other offering of this nature.
