It’s part honest conversation, part soul reset—a space to drop the armor, kick off the heels (or put them on!), and connect with other bad-ass bitches who get it. Forget the stale conference vibes and endless PowerPoint slides; this is about laughter over cocktails, raw discussions that spark clarity, and genuine connection that goes deeper than networking. Come as you are. Leave more grounded, inspired, and wildly yourself.

Campers ease into the day with light games, creative prompts, and a welcome circle to set the tone.

Guided outdoor activities and free play to stretch, move, and soak up some fresh air.

Campers will be responsible for brining their own lunch, but we'll provide water and some additional snacks daily.

Hands-on time to explore the daily theme—whether it’s art, building, storytelling, or movement.

We'll end the day with a closing circle before campers head home for the evening.

At RP we will be using their hot tubs, cold plunges, saunas and everything else this spectacular space has to offer.
