This 3-part Integrated Wellness Series combines movement, mindful resilience, and nutritional education—three powerful pillars designed to make your workplace feel like a place where people actually want to be.

What’s Included?

  • Designed to counteract the effects of sedentary office life, this session helps employees unlock tightness, boost energy, and build awareness of how their bodies feel right now. Everything can be done in office attire (or not!).

  • We dive into the nervous system. Through accessible breathwork and functional neurology, participants learn tools that improve focus, reduce overwhelm, and create more grounded leaders (and humans).

About Your Facilitator

Hi, I’m Tia.

I’m a movement specialist, health coach, and nervous system educator with over 3,500 hours of teaching experience. I’m obsessed with helping people feel good in their bodies and connected to their purpose; especially in environments that often ask us to numb out or push through.

I bring a science-backed, human-rooted approach into my teachings because you deserve more than quick fixes and wellness fluff.

I have worked with police officers, delivered keynote speeches, and taken people all over the world to help them understand their body and mind connection and I’m here to help bring this resilience to your company.

Tia was one of our speakers at the Middlesex County Women's Law Enforcement Conference. Her presentation was entitled "Strength in Service: A Holistic Approach to Health for Women in Law Enforcement." She provided our attendees with real world, practical tools they could use to improve their overall health and wellness. Her presentation was relatable and engaging with just the right amount of interactive participation.

Additionally, I found Tia very easy to work with. She was communicative, friendly, personable and it is apparent she has a strong commitment to the health and wellness of all members of law enforcement.
